About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned and highly skilled Tech Lead with expertise in Angular and .NET who can handle a team of 6 members. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, ensure high-quality deliverables, and work closely with clients to meet business requirements. As a Tech Lead, youll need to balance hands-on development with team management, promoting best practices and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership

  : Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on technical challenges and ensuring the team adheres to best practices.

• Project Management

  : Plan, manage, and oversee software development cycles to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate tasks, track project progress, and report to stakeholders.

• Full-Stack Development

  : Utilize strong expertise in Angular (front-end) and .NET (back-end) to contribute to hands-on development, debugging, and code reviews.

• Architecture and Design

  : Collaborate with architects to design scalable and maintainable applications, ensuring they align with company standards and customer requirements.

• Code Quality & Best Practices

  : Ensure high code quality through code reviews, best practices, and maintaining coding standards within the team.

• Client Interaction

  : Act as a point of contact for clients, understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and communicate progress and issues effectively.

• Continuous Improvement

  : Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and technologies within the team.

• Team Development

  : Support team members' career development, providing constructive feedback and identifying training and growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills

• Extensive experience with

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• 1+ years of experience in a team lead or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering complex web applications in a collaborative environment.
