• Collaborate with team leaders, IT-PDO, business users, unit heads, and platform teams to design effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and reviews.
• Document development processes, code changes, user guide and technical specifications.
• Drive technical excellence and ensure best practices in software development.
• Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET, Node.js, and AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps to ensure smooth delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business language.

What should you bring along

• 10-15 years of experience in .NET development.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with .NET & .NET Core (ASP.NET, C# 6/7/8, MVC, Web API), JavaScript, Postman, REST services, Node.js, MS SQL Server (SQL/PLSQL), JIRA, Confluence, AWS / Azure Cloud, Bitbucket / GitHub.
• Experience in the financial services domain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Nice to have: Google Blockly, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
