Geographic Information System Developer

Job Description: As a GIS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ArcGIS code integrated with applications using C#, ASP.Net, JQuery, and ArcGIS Administration. Your role will also involve the development of back-end services using Python and integrating them with the application. With a total experience requirement of 3 to 5 years, the must-have skills for this position include proficiency in ARcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript v 4.x, ArcGIS Enterprise, and Angular 15+. Additionally, familiarity with ArcGIS Pro Geoprocessing tools, ArcPy, and ArcGIS Online management is considered a nice-to-have skill. Experience with ArcGIS 10.6, ArcMap, Arc Desktop, ArcGIS Online, and Arcpy SDK is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Python is a must, along with knowledge of web frameworks like ASP.NET MVC 1-6 and front-end web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Your coding strategy should be based on pure object-oriented implementation, and familiarity with SQL Server for database skills is required. Version control using TFS and Git is necessary, and knowledge of ArcObject .Net SDK, AngularJS, and Angular is desirable. Experience with front-end technologies like Angular and JavaScript is essential, along with proficiency in Esri JS API. Knowledge of Leaflet map is considered an added advantage.
