DOT NET Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  cloud-native enterprise applications

  using C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET, and Azure/AWS.
• Work closely with product and HR teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Build and manage

  RESTful APIs

  to enable seamless integration with third-party tools such as ATS, payroll, LMS, and analytics platforms.
• Develop

  middleware components

  to automate and streamline

  CI/CD pipelines

  and

  ETL processes

  for real-time and batch data extraction.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and security compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and conduct code reviews.
• Implement unit testing and support QA teams during integration testing and UAT phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a .NET Developer, with at least 2 years in cloud-based enterprise application development.
• Strong command of

  C#, .NET Core

  ASP.NET MVC

  Entity Framework

• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable).
• Proven expertise in developing

  RESTful APIs

  and integrating third-party services.
• Hands-on experience with

  (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Familiarity with

  data extraction

  , transformation, and loading (ETL) pipelines.
• Experience working on HR systems such as talent management, payroll, or recruitment platforms is a strong plus.
• Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
