Job Summary:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes and job applications to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with technical panels for further rounds
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements
• Assist in negotiating job offers and closing candidates
• Stay updated with the latest hiring trends in the IT industry

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• 0 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment (freshers with a strong interest in recruitment may also apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Ability to understand and explain job requirements for various IT roles
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
