Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter Location: Hyderabad Job Type: [Full-Time] Experience: 1-3 years Industry: IT Services and Staffing Work Mode: Work from office Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Domestic IT Recruiter to join our team and handle the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions across India. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills and a passion for matching top talent with the right job opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements from hiring managers and clients Source potential candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs, etc.), LinkedIn, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and fit Coordinate technical interviews between candidates and hiring managers Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle Maintain and update recruitment tracking tools and databases Negotiate salary and close positions within defined timelines Ensure an excellent candidate experience during the recruitment process Stay updated with IT industry trends and talent market dynamics Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 13 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment Strong knowledge of IT technologies and job functions (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.) Experience using job portals and social media for sourcing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
