Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for IT roles (permanent/contractual) in the domestic market.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen and evaluate resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates technical and communication skills.
Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and reports.
Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets and ensure timely closures.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent.
Stay up to date with latest technology trends and hiring practices.

Required Skills:

1–3 years of experience in
Domestic IT recruitment
.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
Experience using major Indian job portals like
Naukri.com,Linkedin,
etc.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
