We are looking Domestic IT Recruiter

Location - Noida Sector 62

Company - Mckinsol Technologies

Timing - 1:00pm to 10:00pm ( U.K Shift )

Job Summary:

Domestic IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT positions (e.g., Developers, QA Engineers, System Admins, etc.) in the domestic (India) market.
Use various channels such as job portals (Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs), social media (LinkedIn), internal database, and referrals.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels and follow up with candidates.
Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and other terms with shortlisted candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in
domestic IT recruitment
.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and job market trends in India.
Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.
Familiarity with recruitment tools like ATS, CRM, or HRMS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
