Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Domestic IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US IT job market, experience with full-cycle recruiting, and the ability to source top IT talent for various technical positions across the country. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team needs. Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals through various channels such as job boards (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and internal databases. Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients. Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide timely feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process. Negotiate offers and close candidates effectively. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and emerging technologies. Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in domestic IT recruiting or technical staffing. Solid understanding of IT technologies and terminology (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science). Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search and various recruitment platforms. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools. What We Offer: Competitive salary and incentive structure.
