Job Title:

Domestic IT Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities

Understand and analyze client requirements for IT positions across different domains.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals (Naukri, & LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure timely feedback.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and other terms with candidates while maintaining transparency.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring client requirements.
Ensure timely closures of open positions and meet recruitment targets.
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and database updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
0-1 years of proven experience in
Domestic IT Recruitment
.
Strong knowledge of sourcing channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Good understanding of various IT technologies and skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and deliver within deadlines.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
