Inviting applications for the role of A Domain trainee- Claims MD Adjuster Claims!
MD Adjuster is responsible for managing claims related to automobile accidents, including assessing damage to vehicles, investigating accidents, and negotiating settlements with claimants. They work closely with policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders to ensure that all claims related to automobile accidents are handled efficiently and effectively. This position works closely in meeting client performance and quality standards.

Responsibilities
    Manage high-volume low complexity claims from beginning to end.
    Investigate automobile accidents to determine the cause and liability, including reviewing police reports and conducting interviews with witnesses in some cases.
    Analyzing insurance policies and relevant laws and regulations to determine the scope of coverage related to automobile accidents.
    Negotiate repairs and settlements with claimants
    Provide regular updates on automobile claims to policyholders, insured, claimant, and other members of the claims team.
    Assess damage to vehicles involved in accidents, including reviewing repair estimates, and determining the cost of repairs.
    Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as claims adjusters and clients, to ensure that all activities related to automobile claims are conducted efficiently and effectively.
    Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions to stay informed about policy changes and new procedures.
    Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure that all activities related to automobile claims are conducted ethically and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
    Years of Material Damage Liability Claims within the US, Europe, India or LatAm
    College Diploma or commensurate work experience
    Fluent in both spoken and written English
    Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
Preferred qualifications
    Experience handling fast track/low touch claims
    College Degree
    Lean Six Sigma Certification(s)
