Job Description

We are hiring a Documentation Executive to manage Manufacturing and Dispatch Records, Client Documentation, and Back Office Operations for multiple B2B Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Data Management, Order Processing, and Operations Support.

Roles Responsibilities

Maintain accurate Manufacturing Records and Dispatch Records Prepare and manage Client Documentation, Invoices, Challans, Receipts, and other Back Office Records Track Order Processing, Production Planning, Dispatch Coordination, and Inventory Records Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Teams, Stores, and Dispatch Teams Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records Assist in Client Coordination, Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling Support B2B Client Servicing and ensure smooth Operations Support

Eligibility Preferred Background

Graduate / Post-Graduate - BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc Freshers and candidates with experience in Documentation, Back Office Operations, Data Management, Order Processing, Client Servicing or Telecalling Executive can apply Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling is an added advantage Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability and Documentation Accuracy
