We Are Hiring A Mechanical/Civil Documentation Engineer

We are looking for a Documentation Executive/ Engineer (Preferably a Mechanical/Civil Engineer) for the Facade performance testing laboratory in India (the Largest Test Facility in Asia with 22 test Rigs) at Murbad near Mumbai. The facility continues to offer its services to the architectural industry and is being regularly used by global consultants.

The role involves working in close collaboration with Engineering, Procurement, Vendors, Internal Teams, and the Aftermarket team, and ensuring the timely delivery of accurate documentation to meet project and customer requirements.

Experience:

03-05 Years As A Documentation/ Technical Engineer

Qualification:

Diploma/ Degree In Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1- Documentation & Coordination

2- Pricing & Cost Compilation

3- Vendor & Stakeholder Interaction

4- Technical Collaboration & Support

5- Process Improvement & Knowledge Management

6- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) For QC.

7- Certificates of Analysis (COA) In QC

Skills Required:

1- ISO Documentation

2- NABL Audit (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories)

3- QC Testing Documentation

4- Technical Documentation & Coordination, or aftermarket support in Engineering/Project-based industries (e.g., EPC, Capital Equipment, Heavy Engineering).

5- Understanding of mechanical components, sub-vendor documentation, and equipment lifecycle.

6- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills; attention to detail is a must.

7- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
