Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam for a Documentation Analyst. The responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and managing technical and non-technical documentation related to various immigration processes. The Documentation Analyst will interact with clients to collect required information, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain organized records. The role requires analyzing documents for compliance, identifying discrepancies, and assisting in resolving them while upholding strict confidentiality and accuracy standards along with essential client interaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Documentation and general Documentation practices
• Strong Analytical Skills to review and interpret data related to applications and documentation
• Effective Communication skills for liaising with clients and team members
• Expertise in Document Management including organization and maintenance of records
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and data management software
• Prior experience in immigration or student consulting services, customer support is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or Masters' degree is required.
