Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Drafting

  • Draft, review, and finalize property-related documents including sale deeds, lease agreements, MoUs, power of attorney, joint development agreements, and affidavits.
  • Ensure accuracy of legal terminology, property details, and ownership data before execution.
  • Maintain document templates aligned with real estate industry standards and legal compliance.

Registration Support

  • Prepare documents and support in property registration work at Sub-Registrar Offices and related authorities.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, and legal teams for timely registration.
  • Ensure all supporting documents (ID proofs, PAN, encumbrance certificate, approvals) are properly verified and attached.
  • Liaise with government officials for smooth registration processes.

Online Portal Management

  • Handle state government online property registration portals (e.g., Tamil Nadu Registration Portal, etc.) for e-filing and document uploads.
  • Manage digital token booking, appointment scheduling, fee payments, and online submission of documents.
  • Stay updated with latest changes in real estate registration systems and e-governance portals.

Compliance & Accuracy

  • Ensure all documents are prepared in compliance with local real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and stamp duty regulations.
  • Minimize errors by conducting cross-verification of property documents and legal approvals.
  • Support internal audits related to documentation and registration.

Coordination & Client Support

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as sales, legal, and CRM teams to collect required information.
  • Guide clients on document requirements, fees, and processes for registration.
  • Provide end-to-end support during property handover and registration.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of real estate documentation and registration processes.
  • Experience in handling government online portals for property registration.
  • Good drafting and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documents simultaneously.
  • Client-handling skills with a professional approach.
  • Ability to work under timelines and ensure error-free documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law / Commerce / Arts or equivalent qualification.
  • 3–6 years of experience in real estate documentation and registration support.
  • Prior experience in working with Sub-Registrar offices and online registration portals is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of local property laws, stamp duty, and registration acts is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,773.52 - ₹55,047.47 per month
