• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in

  engineering and vendor drawings/documents

  to ensure timely delivery in line with project schedules.
• Responsible for

  of drawings, documents, and project procedures.
• Ensure compliance by

  for drawing before clearance.
• Generate document numbers as per established

  project/document control procedures

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date

  project-related registers

• Well-versed in managing

  transmittals

• Sound knowledge of

  Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)

• Proficient in EDMS operations: transmittals, Bulk uploading/downloading documents, generating and extracting reports, and

  based on project control requirements.
• Good understanding of

  project procedures and documentation standards

• Proven experience in

  team handling

  and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Expertise in

  Microsoft Word

  , particularly in document formatting and initiating tasks in compliance with organizational standards.
• Proficient in

  Microsoft Excel

  , including formulas and basic

• Ability to

  extract and analyze data

  from EDMS, including generating:
• Pending document lists
• Overdue reports
• Engineering/vendor deliverable status
