Document Controller

• Prepare Documentation Index.
• Liaise with various departments and entities to collect the SharePoint location.
• Liaise with internal organizations to obtain project-requested documents.
• Review and verify revision update, Next Review Date, and use.
• Review and impose the use of agreed document formats and standards.
• Update the status of documents in the corresponding document Management tool.
• Complete documents by coordinating with various internal departments and effectively handling the revision management within the stipulated time.
• Assist Audits with documents during customer expediting visits and inspections.
• Report document status including document planning and outstanding documents using the Document Management tool.
• Prepare maintain and meet or exceed the Documentation control metrics.
• Responsible / Accountable for managing document control for assigned projects.

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electronics.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience.
• Pro-active, determined, action-oriented approach towards internal as well as external customers.
• Structured work approach.
• Must be able to multitask between the various assigned projects.

Must Have Skills:

• Have worked on Quality Management System.
• Have ISO 9001: 2015 certification.
