The Opportunity: This is a unique and challenging role that merges clinical expertise with business leadership. You will be the primary point of contact for patients, responsible for guiding them through their hair restoration journey, while also ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. You are not just a consultant; you are a Trichology Expert, a Patient Counselor, and a Clinic Leader rolled into one. Key Responsibilities: A. Clinical Consultation & Patient Management (Primary Role):  Conduct in-depth consultations with patients seeking hair transplant and non-surgical treatments  Perform detailed scalp and hair analysis, diagnose hair loss conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans.  Manage the entire patient lifecycle: from first inquiry, through consultation, procedure coordination, to post-operative care and follow-ups.  Build long-term trust and rapport, ensuring an outstanding patient experience. B. Trichology & Medical Coordination:  Stay updated with the latest advancements in trichology, hair transplant technologies, and pharmacology.  Assist and coordinate with the visiting hair transplant surgeons during procedures.  Oversee and perform non-surgical treatments and pre/post-operative care protocols.  Maintain impeccable medical documentation and patient records. C. Clinic Management & Operations:  Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and patient care.  Manage the clinic team, including front desk staff, technicians, and support personnel.  Handle inventory management for medical supplies, consumables, and pharmaceuticals.  Implement and monitor clinic protocols, SOPs, and compliance.  Manage appointment scheduling, billing, and daily financial reconciliations. D. Business Development & Marketing Support:  Achieve and exceed clinic revenue targets through effective consultation conversion and patient satisfaction.  Gather patient testimonials and before/after documentation (with consent). Who We Are Looking For:  Bachelors or Master’s degree in Trichology, Cosmetology and Hair Transplant.  MDS/BDS/BHMS degree would be a significant advantage.  Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within a reputable hair transplant, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic.  In-depth knowledge of hair loss patterns, scalp disorders, FUE/DHI procedures, and non-surgical treatments.  Proven track record in patient counseling, sales conversion, and clinic operations management.  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and confident demeanor.  Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving abilities.  Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
