DM/Manager/AGM- Marketing

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead and manage 360 marketing functions for our brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating marketing strategies, driving digital and offline campaigns, and enhancing the visibility and positioning of the brand in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Branding

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  
• Plan and manage ATL/BTL campaigns, print, outdoor, events, radio, and exhibitions.
  
• Oversee branding across projects, sites, hoardings, and customer touchpoints.
  

Digital Marketing

• Supervise performance marketing, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid campaigns.
  
• Collaborate with the digital agency for lead generation, social media, and content marketing.
  
• Track campaign metrics, ROI, and conversion data to optimize spends.
  

Lead Management

• Ensure consistent flow of quality leads via digital and traditional channels.
  
• Coordinate with the sales team to analyze lead performance and campaign quality.
  

Content & Creative

• Lead content strategy for brochures, leaflets, project videos, social posts, and corporate branding.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing collaterals from internal teams and vendors.
  

Vendor & Budget Management

• Liaise with creative, digital, PR, and printing agencies.
  
• Prepare annual marketing budgets and ensure cost optimization.
  

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor junior team members across various functions of marketing.
  
• Work closely with top management to align campaigns with business goals.
