Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Monitor and configure internal systems to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Provide troubleshooting support and diagnose technical issues related to systems, servers, and networks.
• Supervise and guide operations team members while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
• Identify system upgrade needs and implement updates to the network infrastructure when required.
• Research, recommend, and install firewalls, servers, and other network/security devices.
• Set up new user accounts, provide access rights, and help mentor new users on system usage.
• Continuously monitor performance of servers, hardware, and software, ensuring they operate efficiently.
• Manage end-to-end deployment and integration of new applications across the organization.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and updated technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and operational best practices.
• Assist in problem resolution by identifying root causes and recommending long-term fixes.
• Work with LAN/WAN networks, switches, and other networking equipment to support infrastructure reliability.
• Support deployment of servers, devices, firewalls, and other infrastructure components.
• Manage and monitor O365, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), and EMS (Enterprise Mobility + Security) environments.
• Oversee and maintain IT asset management processes and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, LAN/WAN networks, and network switches.
• Solid understanding of firewalls, server installation, system configuration, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Experience with O365, DLP solutions, and EMS environments.
• Excellent leadership abilities with experience supervising or mentoring small teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in simple, clear language.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a root-causeanalysis approach.
• Experience integrating and deploying new applications in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in maintaining and organizing technical documentation.
• Expertise in IT asset management practices
