Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are hiring a divisional HR Executive in our company and find the JD below

JD / Key Responsibilities for Divisional HR:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and short-listing candidates
  • Post jobs on portals, social media, and other hiring platforms with support for Corporate HR.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment dashboards in HRMS recruitment module in support with Corporate HR team.

2. Induction & On-boarding:

  • Conduct HR induction sessions for new employees.
  • Ensure completion of joining formalities, documentation, and background verification.
  • Facilitate on-boarding programs to integrate employees into the company culture.
  • Coordinate with Corporate HR for Medical cards, PF, ESI, Appointment letters, Assets requirements, Visiting cards and coordinate with IT/Admin.for system access.

3. Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating internal/external training programs with support from corporate HR.
  • Maintain training calendars, attendance, and feedback reports.
  • Track effectiveness of training sessions and submit report to Divisional Heads.

4. Performance Management Support:

  • Assist in the administration of PMS cycles (KRA/KPI setting, mid-year review, annual appraisal) with support from Corporate HR
  • Coordinate communication and reminders for timely completion of PMS activities.
  • Generate reports and track performance data for HR Manager/Management review.
  • Support employees and managers with queries related to PMS processes in support with Corporate HR.

5. HR Operations & Employee Engagement (as needed)

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, communication, and feedback surveys.
  • Assist in HR audits and compliance documentation for Corporate HR.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment tools, HRMS, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of training coordination and performance management processes.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • High degree of confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors/Masters Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.2–4 years of relevant HR experience in recruitment, on-boarding, training, and PMS support.Experience in Manufacturing/Services industry is preferred.
