Divisional Business Head - Tamil Nadu - Micro/Affordable LAP

Chennai

Profile Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Divisional Business Head - Tamil Nadu (based at Chennai) to lead our Micro LAP (Loan Against Property) sales operations across Tamil Nadu.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets across geographies.
Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure alignment of branch-level targets with the overall business objectives.
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Regional/Area Heads, Branch Managers, Sales Executives, and Relationship Officers across Locations.
Contribute towards expansion of branch footprint and consequent hiring.
Identify and onboard high-quality customers through focused sales initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, intermediaries, and key customers.
Ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to disbursal and post-disbursal services.
Keep the delinquency in check and under prescribed norms

Candidate Details

15+ years proven experience in an NBFC/HFC with a focus on Small ticket HL or LAP.
Ability to derive the best outcome from a large team.
