Job Description

Sales, Operations, and Business Development

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth for poultry vaccination services (B2B & B2C).
Acquire and manage key accountsintegrators, breeders, hatcheries, commercial farms.
Lead field vaccination operations, scheduling, manpower deployment, and cold-chain compliance.
Ensure adherence to vaccination SOPs, biosecurity, and service quality.
Build strong customer relationships and resolve service issues promptly.
Recruit, train, and manage sales teams, supervisors, and vaccination staff.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and weekly/monthly reports.
Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and leadership teams.

Qualification

BVSc / Animal Husbandry / Agriculture / Life Sciences (Preferred).

Preferred Industry

Veterinary Pharma, Animal Health, Poultry Farms/Integrators, Hatcheries, Feed Companies, Poultry Service Providers.
