Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a District Sales Executive located in Durgapur. The District Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing sales in their assigned region. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met. They will also conduct market research, prepare sales plans, and provide reports and updates on sales performance. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction is key to this role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Development
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Strategic Planning
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Flexibility to travel within the district as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets
  • Relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
