Alisters Bharat Pvt. Ltd. is on a mission to make high-quality, affordable baby care products accessible to every household in India. With our flagship brand Butruu, we are building a direct-to-consumer network through women self-help groups (SHGs), kirana stores, and hospitals. We’re now looking for passionate District Sales Executives (DSEs) to help us expand our reach and impact. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage sales across assigned districts by onboarding SHGs, retailers, and kirana stores. • Drive product placement in hospitals, clinics, and local markets. • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. • Train and support women SHG members and retail partners in selling and promoting Butruu diapers. • Conduct market visits, promotional activities, and local campaigns. • Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback. • Ensure timely distribution and coordination with delivery teams. Requirements • Graduate/Undergraduate with 1–4 years of sales experience (FMCG / baby care / pharma preferred). • Strong local market knowledge and good networking skills. • Ability to build strong relationships with SHGs, kirana stores, and healthcare providers. • Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the district. • Basic knowledge of using smartphones/apps for reporting and communication.
