Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and distributors regularly to promote and sell FMCG products. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and stockists. Ensure product availability, correct pricing, and proper display of products in stores. Collect orders and ensure timely delivery in coordination with the logistics team. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments. Conduct market surveys to gather insights on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Execute promotional activities and campaigns as instructed by the marketing or sales team. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Provide daily or weekly sales reports and field updates to supervisors. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus). 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or field marketing preferred. Strong knowledge of the local market and customer behavior. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven.
