Distributor Sales Representative

The job involves visiting industrial areas to sell products such as lubricant oils and grease, among others. You will be responsible for achieving growth and meeting sales targets by effectively managing the sales team. It will be your duty to design and execute a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong market presence. You will be in charge of recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring the performance of sales representatives. Building and nurturing long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and promoting product benefits will be crucial. Additionally, you will need to present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team. Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while staying informed about new products and competitor activities will also be part of your responsibilities.
