Job Summary:

We are hiring energetic and motivated Distributor Salesmen to work in assigned areas within the Ernakulam district. The role involves visiting retail shops, taking orders, and ensuring smooth coordination with the distributor for order fulfillment. This is a field sales role and requires willingness to travel locally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops regularly as per route plan
• Promote and sell the company’s products to retailers
• Collect orders and coordinate with the assigned distributor for delivery
• Ensure product visibility and availability in the market
• Maintain good relationships with retailers and resolve any issues
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Provide market feedback to the team regarding pricing, competitors, and customer preferences

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass
• 0–2 years of experience in FMCG or field sales (freshers can also apply)
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Basic knowledge of local geography and retail market
