Role Overview

Distribution Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the company’s distributor, dealer, and retailer network across regions.
• Conduct extensive

  field sales

  visits to track market demand and build relationships.
• Drive B2B partnerships with pharmacies, wellness stores, clinics, and retail chains.
• Ensure availability, placement, and visibility of AgeWell products in target markets.
• Develop and achieve monthly sales targets and distribution goals.
• Conduct competitor analysis, price benchmarking, and channel performance reviews.
• Train distributors/retailers on brand positioning and product knowledge.
• Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and product teams.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields.

• 3–5 years of experience

  in

  field sales + B2B sales

  , preferably in nutraceuticals or FMCG.
• Strong network in retail, pharmacy, and wellness distribution channels.
• Excellent negotiation, territory management, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple market zones.
