Dispatcher

Position: Senior Dispatcher (Dry Van & Reefer Trucks)

Experience: 5+ Years

Project Type: Dedicated Freight Operations (Dedicated Brokers & Lanes)

Shift: USA Blended Process (Calls & Emails | Night Shift IST)

Salary Range: ₹40,000–₹60,000 (Based on Experience & Expertise)

Main Criteria:

• Candidate must have strong experience in handling and bringing in dedicated freight.

• Willingness to move or shift existing dedicated lanes onto our MC authority is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage dispatch operations for 

  Dry Van

   and 

  Reefer trucks

  , focusing on 

  dedicated lanes

  .
• Handle daily coordination with 

  dedicated freight brokers

  , ensuring consistent and reliable load flow.
• Book, schedule, and track loads to optimize truck utilization and meet delivery expectations.
• Prepare accurate documentation, including rate confirmations, BOLs, and invoices.
• Troubleshoot delays or routing issues by coordinating alternate solutions with drivers and brokers.
• Maintain regular communication with drivers and ensure compliance with HOS and DOT regulations.
• Collaborate with brokers and support the 

  transition of existing lanes under our MC authority

  , where applicable.
• Track performance metrics and ensure client satisfaction on dedicated routes.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 

  5 years of experience

   in 

  US dispatching

  , specifically with 

  Dry Van and Reefer freight

  .
• Must have 

  experience handling dedicated freight

   with specific brokers and assigned lanes.
• Strong familiarity with dispatch systems, TMS platforms, and load boards.
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written, US fluency preferred).
• Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and manage pressure effectively.
• Strong documentation, negotiation, and load optimization skills.
• Willingness to work 

  night shift (US hours)

   in a blended email and call environment.
