Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar for a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the movement of freight, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with drivers, tracking shipments, handling emergencies, and maintaining records. The Dispatcher will also provide support and address any issues that arise during the delivery process. Qualifications Experience in scheduling and coordinating logistics Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using GPS tracking and other transportation management systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies Previous experience in dispatching or logistics is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics are beneficial Show more Show less
