About Us

At CFX Logistics, we take pride in delivering efficient logistics and outstanding customer service. We’re looking for a motivated Dispatcher and Tracing Coordinator to join our growing operations team and help ensure our shipments are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch shipments, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates to customers and drivers.
• Track and trace loads using Motive and carrier portals.
• Operate and manage shipments using Loadlink to post, track, and coordinate freight.
• Resolve any transportation issues or delays quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and shipment documentation.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the operations team with scheduling, routing, and logistics planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation coordination.
• Knowledge of Loadlink and ability to operate the platform confidently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional weekend availability may be required)

Shift Time: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am or 7:30 pm to 4:30 am
Pay: starting 17k per month to 25k per month (depends on your experience)
