Dispatch Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily dispatch activities including order picking, packing, loading, and dispatching of goods. Coordinate with the logistics team, transport vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely dispatches. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock availability for dispatch. Prepare and verify dispatch documentation such as invoices, delivery challans, and gate passes. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for dispatch operations. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the dispatch process. Track dispatch performance and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports. Train and guide warehouse staff, assign duties, and evaluate performance. Manage vehicle scheduling, route planning, and ensure timely turnaround of delivery vehicles. Handle discrepancies, damaged goods, and returns efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dispatch area.
