Dispatch Supervisor

You will be responsible for managing delivery routes, maintaining contact with drivers, planning and tracking shipment of final products, following up with stores & logistics for timely supplies, and maintaining strong relationships with Marketing accounts and customers. Additionally, you will be managing multiple trucks, loads, and schedules efficiently under pressure. Key Responsibilities: - Manage delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers - Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements - Follow up with Stores & logistics for timely supplies - Maintain strong relationships with Marketing accounts and customers - Efficiently manage multiple trucks, loads, and schedules under pressure Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year experience in trucking dispatch or logistics supervision - Industry expertise with understanding of freight dispatching and trucking regulations - Proficiency in Tally - Decent communication skills The company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
