As a Dispatch Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing delivery routes based on road conditions and maintaining constant communication with drivers during their journey. Your primary duty will involve planning and overseeing the shipment of final products to meet customer requirements. Additionally, you will be required to liaise with Stores & logistics to ensure timely supplies as per the projected plan. Strong relationship building with Marketing accounts and customers will also be a key aspect of your role. You should be adept at efficiently managing multiple trucks, loads, and schedules even under pressure. The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience in trucking dispatch or logistics supervision and have a good understanding of freight dispatching and trucking regulations. Proficiency in Tally and decent communication skills are essential for this role. This position is based in Bangalore and is a full-time permanent role. The benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund, with a day shift schedule and a yearly bonus. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 30/05/2025.
