Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Plan and supervise daily dispatch activities as per sales orders
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for stock availability
Ensure correct picking, packing, and labeling of mattresses
Verify invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills before dispatch
Supervise loading and unloading of vehicles to prevent product damage
Ensure FIFO / batch-wise dispatch as applicable
Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners
Track dispatch schedules and ensure on-time delivery
Handle dispatch-related discrepancies, shortages, and damages
Maintain dispatch records, gate passes, and vehicle movement logs
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
Manage dispatch manpower and shift allocation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any graduate / diploma (as per company requirement)
25 years of experience in dispatch or warehouse operations,
preferably in mattress
, furniture.
Knowledge of dispatch documentation and GST basics
Experience in ERP / inventory management systems
Ability to handle multiple dispatches and deadlines
Good leadership and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with dealer, distributor, and institutional dispatches
Knowledge of packaging standards for mattresses
Familiarity with logistics cost control and route planning

Work Conditions

Factory / warehouse-based role
Shift duty as per dispatch requirements
