Dispatch Supervisor

This is an on-site contract role for a Dispatch Supervisor located in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. As the Dispatch Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to oversee dispatch operations, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and maintaining excellent customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring dispatch schedules, communicating with drivers, resolving any issues that arise, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries. To excel in this role, you must possess supervisory skills and have experience in managing teams. It is essential that you have previous experience working in a Cable/Wire manufacturing company and are familiar with dispatching and dispatch software. Strong communication and customer service skills are a must, along with knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements. You should also have strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Rudrapur. Previous experience in logistics or transportation would be a plus, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.,
