📍 Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

📌 Role Overview

hands-on Dispatch Manager

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth in cement & coal transportation across the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
cement manufacturers, depots, dealers, and procurement heads
.
Ensure
transportation cost calculations (PTPK pricing)
are always at your fingertips.
Collaborate with
internal fleet managers
and
associate fleet partners
for seamless execution.
Manage the
entire business cycle
:
Order Acquisition
Vehicle Placement
Delivery Tracking
Post-Payment Collection & Billing

👤 What We’re Looking For

5+ years of proven experience
in logistics/transportation (preferably cement & coal).
Strong
network in the cement industry
– UltraTech, ACC, Shree Cement, JK Laxmi, Emami, Dalmia Cement.
Hands-on, target-driven mindset
with the ability to deliver aggressive results.
Ready to
work 7 days a week
and
travel extensively
across Chhattisgarh & Odisha.
Strong problem-solving skills with proactive decision-making ability.
