Job Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all dispatch activities on a daily basis.
Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, challans, and delivery notes.
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods to customers.
Maintain proper records of all dispatched and pending orders.
Coordinate with the warehouse, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Track vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery.
Handle third-party transporters and negotiate freight rates if required.
Monitor stock levels and update dispatch status in ERP/system.
Manage loading/unloading and packaging as per company standards.
Resolve issues related to shipment delays, damages, or shortages.

Skills Required:

Strong coordination and communication skills.
Knowledge of dispatch procedures, documentation, and logistics.
Basic knowledge of ERP or inventory management software.
Good command of MS Excel and data entry.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
