Dispatch Executive

• Coordinating Dispatch Operations:Managing the daily dispatch of goods or services, scheduling deliveries, and optimizing routes to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
• Communication:Serving as a central point of contact for drivers, customers, and other relevant parties, communicating shipment details, delivery updates, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Documentation:Preparing and managing shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Logistics Management:Working with transportation providers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
• Issue Resolution:Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the dispatch process, such as delays, damages, or incorrect orders.
• Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities, including shipment details, delivery times, and any relevant documentation.
• Compliance:Ensuring compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills:Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
• Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Knowledge of Logistics:Understanding of transportation logistics, routing, and relevant regulations.
• Computer Proficiency:Familiarity with dispatch software, shipping systems, and other relevant computer applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
