Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day dispatch operations ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to plan daily dispatches. Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation including invoices, delivery challans, and transport slips. Ensure packaging, labeling, and loading are as per company standards. Track shipments and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders. Liaise with transporters, drivers, and courier partners for vehicle allocation and route optimization. Ensure proper maintenance of dispatch records (manual/digital). Monitor stock movements and coordinate with the store team to prevent shortages or delays. Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards during dispatch. Assist in handling customer queries or delivery issues, ensuring timely resolution. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in dispatch/logistics operations. Strong coordination and communication skills. Basic knowledge of inventory systems and logistics software (Excel, ERP preferred). Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility in handling delivery timelines. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Experience in food, FMCG, or retail sectors is an advantage. Familiarity with local routes and transport documentation.
