Picking: Locating and retrieving items from shelves or storage locations based on order lists or electronic systems. Packing: Placing picked items into boxes or containers, ensuring they are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Verifying: Confirming that the correct items and quantities are included in each order. Labeling: Applying appropriate labels to packages, including shipping addresses and other relevant information. Quality Control: Inspecting items for any damage or defects before packaging and shipment. Maintaining Inventory: Ensuring that the warehouse is organized and stocked properly. Operating Equipment: May be required to operate equipment like dollies, pallet jacks, or other warehouse tools. Safety: Following safe work practices and reporting any safety issues or concerns. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in picking and packing orders is crucial. Warehouse Experience: Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory systems is a plus.
