Dispatch Coordinator

As a Coordinator in operations at our company, you will be responsible for coordinating various areas such as Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, and more under the supervision of operations management. Your focus will be on maintaining Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) practices by reporting hazards, complying with standards, and ensuring a safe work environment. You will play a crucial role in upholding quality standards by following work instructions, conducting quality checks, and addressing any issues to minimize cost and quality impacts. Additionally, your delivery tasks will involve receiving goods, sorting, labeling, packaging, and optimizing warehouse space. Effective teamwork through clear communication, completion of training, and continuous improvement efforts will be key aspects of your role. Maintenance tasks, equipment repair, and operational optimization will also fall under your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in logistics, warehousing, and 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider management is required. - Proficiency in pack and ship applications, invoicing, dispatch, and knowledge of Power BI is necessary. - Technical skills in warehouse inventory control, operational performance optimization, and various warehousing tasks are essential for this role.
