Dispatch Associate

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient dispatch, loading, and unloading of shipments in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will also include accurately documenting the logistics operations and adhering to customer requirements to meet service expectations. It is essential to have a good understanding of the geographic service area and industry rates to effectively manage logistics processes. You will be the primary point of contact for addressing customer inquiries related to loads, services, or billing information. Additionally, sourcing new customers through lead development and cold calling will be part of your role. Building and maintaining strong business relationships with customers is key to success in this position. To excel in this role, you must stay updated on current market conditions and business trends, allowing you to manage and negotiate rates based on market demand effectively. A deep understanding of the freight industry's complexities and rapid changes will be beneficial in providing excellent service to our client base. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule requires availability for night shifts from Monday to Friday, operating on a US shift. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in load booking and dispatching. The work location is in Vadodara, Gujarat, and in-person attendance is necessary.
