Dispatch Associate

As an Order Management Coordinator at our company, your role will involve various responsibilities to ensure smooth operations across different channels. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Order Management:** You will be responsible for entering orders into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) according to the specific requirements of Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, and Offline channels. - **Inventory Visibility:** Ensuring accurate inventory tracking in warehouses and bins to provide real-time information to channel teams for order processing. - **Cross-Functional Coordination:** Collaborating with channel teams to schedule appointments and working closely with logistics teams to guarantee timely deliveries, including coordination for last-mile connections with Field Executives (FEs) and customers. - **RTO/RTV Pickup:** Managing the returns-to-origin (RTO) or returns-to-vendor (RTV) processes, including coordination with logistics for return shipments to the warehouse. - **Sales Data Tracking:** Tracking and updating primary sales data, keeping channel owners informed about order statuses and any pending actions required. - **Issue Resolution:** Monitoring and resolving issues related to RTO/RTV, shortages, damage, expiry, rate mismatches, case mismatches, or incorrect product/destination deliveries, and providing valuable data and insights to channel owners. - **Listing Information:** Providing channel teams with necessary listing details such as MRP, case size, barcode, and HSN code. - **Finance Coordination:** Collaborating with the finance team to provide Credit Notes (CN) or handle shortage, damage, expiry, RTO cases, or rate discrepancies effectively. **Requirements:** - Strong communication and coordination skills are essential for this role. - Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar platforms would be advantageous. - Familiarity with Quick Commerce and E-Commerce operations is considered a plus. - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. - Being detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills is crucial. - Previous experience in collaborating with logistics and finance teams would be beneficial for this position.
