Director Transitions

As a Director of Transitions, you will play a crucial role in guiding businesses through periods of change, both in terms of operations and strategy. Your expertise in project management, change management, and strategic planning will be essential to ensure successful transitions and long-term organizational success. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will gain insights into their requirements and implement appropriate tools, methods, and best practices to facilitate smooth transitions. Your key responsibilities will include evaluating project risks and implementing mitigation strategies, working closely with internal stakeholders to map processes and understand their needs, coordinating transition activities in the India region, ensuring adherence to the transition methodology at every stage, developing comprehensive project plans detailing infrastructure, timelines, and project phases. You will also be responsible for defining performance standards and SLAs, overseeing the documentation of SLAs and other transaction specifics, and demonstrating proficiency in the TOPS and BEST framework. Regular travel to sites and delivery centers may be required. To qualify for this role, you should ideally hold a Bachelor's degree or higher and possess at least 5 years of experience in Transitions/Project Management within the corporate Experience or Digitally Integrated Domestic Service Industry. Strong analytical and research skills are essential for generating industry insights, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations. A deep understanding of the Transitions lifecycle, exceptional attention to detail, productivity, accountability, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines are also required.,
