• Solutioning using new technologies and ability to fail and learn fast


• Design end-to-end GenAI solutions using LLMs to solve enterprise challenges.


• Architect composable pipelines with tools like LangChain, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and Vertex AI.


• Lead technical discovery and identify high-impact use cases with cross-functional teams.


• Build RAG frameworks, vector DB integrations, prompt orchestration layers, and embedded copilots.


• Integrate GenAI with automation platforms (UiPath, Power Platform, Zapier).


• Execute PoCs and pilot deployments; evaluate tools and drive adoption.


• Ensure security, privacy, scalability, and compliance in all designs.

• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).


• 8+ years in solution architecture, intelligent automation, or digital transformation.


• Deep knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, agents, prompt chains, and vector stores.


• Experience with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, HuggingFace, etc.


• Integration skills using REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud-native services.


• Familiarity with automation tools like UiPath, Power Automate, Make.com.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with agentic frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph).


• Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Redis).


• Familiarity with prompt engineering tools (PromptFlow, LangSmith, ReAct).


• Exposure to AI applications in the Telecom domain.
