Job Title: Director – Insurance Location: PAN India Experience: 12–18 years Function: Sales & Distribution Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director to lead and scale our front-line sales operations across regions. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in insurance sales, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement national/regional sales strategies aligned with business goals Drive acquisition and retention through multiple distribution channels Lead and mentor large, high-performing sales teams across geographies Monitor sales performance metrics and take data-driven decisions Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies Qualifications & Skills: 12+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the Insurance industry Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and deliver aggressive targets Strategic thinker with operational excellence Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Preferred: MBA or equivalent degree in Sales/Marketing/Business
