Job Description

As a Senior Manager/Director with 5+ years of experience, you will be responsible for various key areas in marketing analytics and automation. Your role will involve owning the end-to-end marketing campaign measurement process, including developing robust attribution models, KPIs, and performance dashboards for multi/omni-channel campaigns. By generating insights and recommending optimizations, you will play a crucial role in optimizing spend and improving ROI. Additionally, you will lead the automation of marketing analytics to streamline data collection, reporting, and insights generation processes. Collaboration with Analytics, Data Services, Operations, and Client Success teams is essential to ensure the implementation of effective data pipelines, ETL processes, and BI tools. You will also partner with AI/ML teams to develop predictive analytics models and enhance project management methodologies for key deliverables. Your role will involve acting as a strategic partner to Marketing, Analytics, and Strategy leadership, providing regular updates to teams in the US and India on progress, roadblocks, and successes. Furthermore, you will offer consulting services, mentorship, and training to junior analysts while staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analysis and analytics tools. To excel in this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields with a focus on Automation and Measurement. Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Power BI, Looker, and Snowflake is crucial. Strong experience in automating reports, building dashboards, and optimizing ETL processes is required, along with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations for senior leadership. Leadership skills are essential, as you will be leading analytics teams and collaborating with marketing, product, and finance teams. This role requires flexibility to work in international time zones (US East Coast Hours) from the office. Preferred qualifications include experience in performance marketing or e-commerce analytics, knowledge of incrementality testing, media mix modeling, and customer segmentation, as well as familiarity with AI-driven marketing analytics and automation tools. Strong storytelling and data visualization skills are also desirable to effectively influence stakeholders.,
