Job Description

As a Director, Service Delivery at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial leadership role in guiding a team of regional / country Service Delivery Managers or Specialists. Your responsibilities include setting strategic direction for the team, ensuring they have necessary tools, and resources for successful daily operations. Depending on regional needs, you may also directly engage with clients as a Service Delivery Specialist under the Uptime Proactive Support Service (PSS) option. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic clients to understand their business needs and ensure delivery of contracted services. - Provide strategic leadership and direction to service delivery management teams. - Ensure consistency in service delivery quality, standards, and performance within client accounts, monitoring and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs). - Maintain high client satisfaction by meeting or exceeding their expectations and promptly addressing any concerns. - Develop and execute a service delivery strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives. - Contribute to defining service levels, standards, and performance metrics across strategic client accounts. - Optimize service delivery processes and workflows for operational efficiency, automation, and process improvement. - Manage resource allocation, including staffing, technology, and infrastructure, to meet client demands and service level commitments. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assessing operational effectiveness and efficiency. - Implement performance improvement initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to service delivery, including security, compliance, and operational risks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify upselling opportunities and expand services to existing clients. - Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in IT service management (ITSM). **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - ITIL Certification (ITIL Foundation or higher). - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable. - Client Relationship Management certification is desirable. **Additional Details about NTT DATA:** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
